Honestly I think it might be... mine's set to 12 hours, and that's when the crashes are happening. Didn't really occur to me because no one else I knew had the issue, but checking the logs, the error seems related.

No, updates are turned off. There's some reddit threads about PC crashing with the newer versions of tampermonkey. Maybe I'll try rolling back and seeing how it goes.
