Yeah, she gets away with everything, the police are here 3-4 times a week, shes fearless i think... she is always playing loud music and has people in and out of the house.. I am 2 years sober, I know what it looks like... and she just gets by on social assistance and the landlord says they are going to do something... I live in a area of the city thats sorta hood but its sad man. Shes like 70 and is always asking everyone for money and food (usually at 2am banging on the door) and people complain, but its just to the point where I am just grateful she can't come up the stairs and reach my door cus its locked.
