Too late, already getting it sorted in comcast's shitty chat help. Now I'm stuck in an endless loop of them trying to upgrade me to a latino tv package that I don't want. They say it's cheaper than what I pay, but for some reason I don't believe them...

 

In the past, I've had success going through the comcastcares twitter.

I'm thinking that might not be it. I use Firefox and in the menu to allow notifications it let's me search for websites that have tried to send me notifications, but not add websites that haven't previously tried. I've had my notification keywords set to "it, that, and, I, had, I've" for a half hour or so hoping to get a dialog about allowing notifications or seeing it added to the list, but neither have happened. So I think TH's not trying to notify me? Anybody have any other ideas?
