    Somewhat off topic , but growing up the pastry shop up the corner made the most amazing cannoli cake with fresh strawberries, and a whipped cream frosting, I have yet to replicate it, but hot damn was that good

    Oh and Bird, did pastry shops by you sell Spritzle? I cannot find it on the web at all to even try to make it :eek:

    How about you create one without peanut butter. They would be so much better....I'm trying to think of something that would be a similar texture to peanut butter.

    Those people are irritating, but that is the pastry shop I was referring to, gosh was I lucky, we had a Raviolli store 3 blocks from that, and two great eyetalian bread stores just 3 or 4 blocks from there, oh and Landi's Pork sore 3 blocks the other way, and the seafood store!

    Here we have iga and Dollar General ....

    I legit couldn't take a picture fast enough before people were hossing the food down. I was prepping some more pasta and when I turned around from the oven, this was all I could see anymore. I had to fight my way across my house:emoji_laughing:

    At least she isn't currently attempting to make off with your blanket so she can pile it into a random spot on the floor and sleep on it even though she has her own blanket and also an entire couch to sleep on.

    see the vid above if you want, disrerard the douchy people

    It was a simple thing I would think, a cream inside of some kind of pastry cake kinda deal, perhaps the bakery just made it up, I dunno,
    Also the lady in that vid is an ash hole, the best bread was from Moerettis bakery, everyone knows that

    @Hummingbirdee how about a vanilla wafers and bananas encased in chocolate. (this is crossing my mind because of the banana pudding I made earlier.) Think the chocolate would keep the bananas from turning to quick?

    He had the right idea- first to all the food.

    As predicted, that super lovely girl brought a dessert she was explicitly asked not to, put it in a tupperware, and chucked it on the table in front of my clearly arranged and labelled setup. I'm not saying it mysteriously vanished, cause I was not the one to do it, but it's been MIA. I was fine. It didn't bother me at all.
