I am sorry to reject your work, but you completed my HIT more than two times as fast as your fellow turkers (who are already pretty fast). Your completion time was 4 minutes, while it is supposed to take 5-7 minutes. I pay a fair $0.6 because I require good data and I also want to treat workers respectfully. However I don’t want to pay for useless data, which to expect from me wouldn’t be fair from you either.

I remember last week someone posted a statement in a survey that said something like "This survey was tested to take 4 minutes, but we expect you to take 6-7 minutes or we will have to reject you."

 

That is not right. They should look at the survey and THEN decide if you did not do well. That sucks. I am sorry.
