A lot of people don't realize or at least remember that these are just college kids. This time of year especially, it's not uncommon to see a large number of inexperienced researchers. Reach out by email to anyone on the consent page (another reason to use turkerview's review system, 'cause you can go back and read the consent form from the HIT). If they are uncooperative/unhelpful, reach out to the IRB. That's legit what they are there for...

Cons:
The tutorial really goes on far too long & you have to get a 100% score or it repeats. If you don't get it perfect in several attempts, it ends and you only get paid the base 1.70 which would be pretty bad at that point.
