I need to get more dice but I haven't played in awhile outside of online stuff.. My brother and I are trying to start up our own game though with him as the DM and a few friends who haven't ever played DnD.

 

Well, now we have to believe you when you claim to have a nice set of dice!

I haven't played D&D in awhile cause the fiance refers to it as my nerd game and all these plane guys are jocks.

 

i havent done any DnD for two years now. I got a whole bunch cause our college group ppl were cheap and used to be irregulars with no dice to speak of. I still have my first two sets given to me by a good friend on the desk.

I think it's possible some of the children in these speech hits have speech impediments but I think like 1/4 of them are just from Boston

You should just play D&D with your fiance. When I played D&D sometimes one of my friend's wife played with us. (We actually played a bunch of Rifts with her as well through roll20).

Also there is nothing stopping jocks from playing D&D.

My orange set is from my first DM. He was pretty great and gave new players dice sets.

To be perfectly honest.. that die is cursed.. It rolls pretty poorly for me

It's funny you say that. Yesterday I rolled my D20 to do a 'Will check' on how lucky 2017 is going to be for me. I rolled a 1. Then I rolled a 16 because there's no fuggin way I'm accepting a critical miss this year.
