I wouldn't go out of my way to watch something nostalgic on my own, but if it's watching something nostalgic with my dad that counts as spending time with family, and is thus always worth it. I also don't care much for pop culture if I haven't made that obvious yet.

Well you'd have to ask him that. To me it's a pointless and silly thing, because that's my opinion.

 

Some people just hate alts because of the loss of anonymity. It is a bigger pain in the ass buying alts than buying shit off of Coinbase.

 

Wait isn't purchasing off coinbase far more exposing than rando alts? Last time I used coinbase they required KYC type information. Shitcoins is just whatever wallet you need at the time no?

Earlier in December it was at 0.22, and I'm reading how they expect it to get to .50 in the next several months and was like, nah, it's going higher. Problem is, I had no skin in the game at the time, and the btc boom hit and I *still* haven't been verified on any exchange yet (because they're all running behind as hell) and I've been crying watching it go up the last few weeks.

There's jack anonymity really, especially with everyone wanting everything officially verified. You could do peer-to-peer of XRM or BCN or such, but that's about it. I mean, your transactions might be anonymous on some of the alts, but there's almost always a record of them being obtained.

 

It depends. Some alt coin will do the same KYC info and some aren't able to be mined.
