    Not really, no. I talked to a lot of different people and basically everyone said I'm not getting my account back and I should just create a new one (how would they verify my identity to make a new one???). There is no one you can talk to that can/will escalate the situation, at least that's how it went down for me.

    In my case, I couldn't do anything with the money in my payments account as it was locked out too, but when I got my account back all the money was still there.
