Yeah idk what I want to do w/ the hourly here..

1) Could just clear the bonus & recalc the hourly (lose historical data of what the bonus should have been so hard to hold the req accountable
2) Could throw the bonus into the comment field & then clear it, fixing the hourly but the bonus could be lose there
3) Get fancy & just redo the math, not calculating the bonus into the hourly if its been marked as unpaid, but this would have to wait.. seems like the best option
