Anyone else ever quit smoking weed? I've been smoking since I was 13 and am not looking forward to stopping but I need to get my shit together.

I was a regular ol' burnout from like 15 til like 25. Then one day I started getting terrible anxiety when I smoked. Basically lost any desire to.

It's not hard. Just gotta not smoke - that's all. "withdrawal" is only mental.

Just gotta figure out a new way to reward yourself.

I'm talking in regard to marijuana.

Physical withdrawal - if prevalent, is quite minor and nothing to worry about as opposed to something like benzos or alcohol.

 

How do you remember this stuff??? I had forgotten about that until you said it...
