    Well this sucks... I think I may have fractured my scaphoid (wrist bone under thumb). I knew I hurt it yesterday but when I went to bench today I couldn't even get 70lbs off the rack and even just the bar was painful. Not sure if I want to go get an x-ray to confirm or just take it easy and keep it braced since that is what would probably be prescribed anyways.
