    The fine folks at MagLab, and in particular Sahil Luthra, whose HIT I believe this is, were exceptionally polite and accommodating when a temporary glitch yesterday caused a lock-up for me during the halftime intermission. Quickly got full compensation plus bonus for my 1/2 submission.
