    This goofball does not have a State filter set up, and idiots will take the HIT then submit it only to go "You know wasn't that PA only?" then yes, it's PA only and he's going to reject because you are an idiot that got distracted with something else then went back to the HIT and resumed working when you knew it wasn't for your State.

    I don't know who is that stupid but I'm just saying, the Requester does not have a State filter set up on it. Apparently that was too much work this morning, so idiots are getting snared in this Rejection-mill of a HIT.

    I"m not saying I did this exact thing I'm just saying.
