The blurriness just makes the 7 look like a T.

 

Good enough for me then! There's no street view, but "25T" isn't a valid street address in this location, and the dude dropped the pin on homeaway directly on a 157, and it's positioned so you can "hear" the creek but not see it as he points out in his description. I'll risk it. maybe....after I debate with myself on it for 20 minutes
