You see a lot of weird things in Mexico. I was also warned not to go down mostly empty alleys by myself, I was told if we get into a wreck that we're getting out and leaving the car, and people would come up to me and touch my hair because blonde hair was good luck. I used to live on the border...it was definitely a learning experience.
