    Nuts. I'm applying for New Zealand citizenship for my daughter, and just got a phone call. The "carefully checked against all biometric requirements specific to your country" passport photos from CVS (local pharmacy) were rejected by the NZ Department of Internal Affairs office in London.

    Reason: "too low quality". The passport officer said he could see visible dots on the photos.
