To be completely fair, the term executive is thrown around rather loosely in some sectors. Especially in the banking world. I swear everyone is an executive something where I work. I then do the loan and they dont make much more than I do.

Fixed it lol

I actually returned it b/c it seemed more geared towards something w/ actual employees & like a real corporate structure lol. I'm not sure chaining @A6_Foul_Out to a desk w/ his eyes pinned open counts as having "leadership direction over employees" .. close call, didn't want to mess up his data.
