Thanks for the email, I tried sending them that, but they're having trouble.
"I tried to revert the result using the instruction you provided but it didn't work. I downloaded file but missing lots of info (please see the attached screen shot)"

 

Apparently mturk will reverse rejections for them if they request it but learning how to do it themselves is prob a good idea.

This seems to be happening a lot. The last two rejections, both requesters have been trying to reverse and told me the same thing they told you.

 

Including the requester I was so angry about the other day. She said she tried to reverse it but it's not working.
