Which Dallas suburb where you in cause mine wasn't that bad

 

I've done a few of those but they never felt worth it with the amount of time I spend researching the damn fruit I've never heard of before.

 

I can't stand Dallas either on general principle. I'm okay with Houston, and the countryside of east Texas, but ugh. Dallas. And Shreveport reeks of Dallas. I've only been to Dallas under duress.

 

I was a poker pro for 6 years until the sites got shutdown. Was just starting into the live scene in Vegas before the move. Got down here and lost $100 on a hand where a guy chased the ENTIRE hand with a 3-5 JUST because he had money to lose, Assclown rivered a straight and beat my flopped 3 Q's...

 

Were you on Masterchef this year? JK, I know that's not you. Mostly.

 

Worst part about here... I am from Maryland, literally 10 miles outside of SE DC. So I have zero inklings of a southern accent and what's worse I don't talk like a "country white boy" (have been told exactly that)... hell someone once asked if I was from New Hampshire... and telling anyone that technically Maryland is in the south because it is below the Mason-Dixon line (though was neutral in the war) is met with "that's up north to me ya damn yankee"

 

Right, because I am just gonna pick the most random thing I can to lie about for zero actual gain... hell might as well just say I made millions on p9r then if I wanna do that

 

My grandma stays in east Texas . But you must be talking about the actual city of Dallas, whereas Dallas county is a huge ass block of land I'm told by people from smaller states. The suburb where I stayed still had a lot of farmland before they started building stadiums and extending highways.

 

Met someone at a fly in who was from Ohio, commented that the mid-west was nice, then got yelled at about Ohio is the "south," and I seriously thought the guy was messing with me until I realized he wasn't. I can't even explain that one!

Ohioans are freaking weird.

And I believe that anyone living North of I-10 makes them a yankee. I give special dispensations to some people. Shreveport is just redneck hicks.

 

Hmm, thought that was David Williams... no I look a lot closer to Ramsey. Though I have heard he's a nice guy

 

On a forum with a guy RPing as a polar bear I wouldn't be surprised.

 

And it doesn't appear to be fruit anymore? I've only gotten pastries and desserts so far.
