Pros:
The Hit was broken and should have said "Gamers" as the topic. I called the researcher and he told me that and all of a sudden we both where in business since it's something I do a lot of. Awesome requester who I ended up talking 20 minutes to about everything gaming, but your time may be less if you don't talk nearly as much as I do. I threw a communication rating in here too since the entire HIT was talking to the researcher, so I feel that qualifies. If not, correct me.
