    No, I'm totally serious.

    A lot of people spare their own sense of pride by criticizing successful, intelligent, or powerful people, despite not being any of those things themselves. Some mask the criticism in humor because they're worried that they'll come across as bitter if people realize that they're serious.

    It's not a huge deal, though. That's just how people act sometimes - some more than others.

    It is sci fi that looks at society in weird ways. Propaganda, consumption, privacy... all the major themes that you normally get in these type of shows.

    Black Mirror does 6 episodes a year, so that is some serious withdrawal. Gonna be hard to fill it.

    That's a good try, but the borg queen put it better in First Contact: "Small words from a small being, trying to attack what it doesn't understand."

    That would have really zinged me, I might even have cried. Instead you went the superior route, which quite frankly, only you seem to care about.
