01/15 - Windy Wednesday!

Every single time I get my neck adjusted at the chiropractor it startles me big time. I go regularly and have for decades, so it's nothing new, but that neck adjustment always gets me.

I keep bugging my chiro to get tables made for women. My least favorite part is when he's doing my back and I have to lie on my stomach and he then puts pressure on my back. They need tables that have cut outs for women parts! Ouch! Hurts worse than a mammogram.

I just have issues everywhere, lol! I get everything adjusted when I go. My chiro even adjusts feet and legs. He's a firm believer that the spine will never be aligned properly if the lower body is out of whack.

I love my chiro. He also does ultrasound therapy and all kinds of stuff beyond adjustments to keep the body healthy. I finally got my 73 year old mom to go to him for issues and he has her doing all sorts of things at home that are FINALLY working to correct her problems! Yay!
