So, I'm just dropping in every so often and see this. JAM- I once contacted the head of research at a college because I had not gotten a reply to my well-justified inquiries. The requester had red TO and had recently done this to a number of turkers, reported there and on another forum.
So, the guy I sent it to, sent it to someone else with a note and a copy to me- So and so...can you take care of this. Then that person had to contact the lab manager and get back to me. They took care of it and told me that people other than their lab people use the lab- so, the Requester was someone using the university lab that may not even go to or be affiliated with that school.
