    There is a website/link that can walk them through how to do it but I really odn't have bthat off hand and have a few too many things in queue to find it. If you want to dig it's somewhere or someone might be able to help you if I can't find it in a while.

    Eh, part of the thing about getting healthy and fit is reinforcing the idea that it's not just getting a gym membership for a couple of months or cutting out carbs, it's a sustainable lifestyle change and you're not going to be able to sustain that if you deprive yourself of everything you enjoy because it's not healthy. So if a slice of pizza helps people get to the gym, then cool.

    fwiw it's not like you walk in the gym and they hand you a pizza, lol. it's one day a month for like a couple hours. it's more of a 'free food' thing than it is "GOOD JOB HAVE A PIZZA"

    See I don't know. I think part of that is like rewarding bad behavior too in the people who need the work out the most. I'm all for Yeah get busy and work out but damn, instead of pizza give a healthy option? At a certain point part of losing weight and working out is about depriving yourself of 'joy' if joy is only food to them.

    I was about to say, isn't working out and dieting the ultimate ymmv thing?

    A lot of negative opinions here about nitpicky things when there is an entire group on this site dedicated to positive encouragement for something a lot of people struggle with.
