    Money on the board...okay pay.
    Cons:
    My biggest issue with this was the mandatory wait times. 30 seconds on the consent page, a few seconds on every other page. I kept getting distracted while I waited.

    On top of that, it's heavy reading. I skimmed, but mostly people would probably take a lot longer. So... it was just okay.
