for one question the range the slider covered did not allow me to accuratly answer the question

I use 975ms for default on all my panda stuff, I'm not suuuper sure about how PC works but its a decent 'default' / start point, just keep an eye on the PRE % rate, too high is no good & too low (0-1%) might be a little inefficient as well
