    Nah the issue was likely just because it was bagged tea. Green tea just has a hard time surviving shipment during the summer as bags.

    I'll pick some loose leaf Japanese tea at some point but I don't need any more tea right now.

    That's so weird. Earlier today, I grabbed that bagged English breakfast from the sampler because I was in a rush to make some tea real quick-like. Pretty decent even though I'm more of a green tea person. Den's genmaicha was done quite well, and I've had many kinds of genmaicha over the years. :emoji_tea:

    I agree, the genmaicha is delicious. There' is an Asian grocery store in my town. I love, love going there to buy tea and genmaicha is my favorite from that store. I love that toasty flavor.
