Then why are you posting it, I am pretty sure you should be notified by email.

 

I don't have any experience in designing psych surveys but I would think a forced curve isn't how you want to go about it. If you have a sample of 100 and the mean time is 10 minutes with the 95th highest time of 13 minutes, I think it wouldn't make sense to throw out that response.

You also don't know why the time is slower - slow computer or internet.

I assume there is some correlation between age and survey efficiency. I would guess that, on average, a 20 year old can click through a survey faster than a 60 year old. So now your sample is skewed.

There's also the issue of how they're calculating times. Are they using the hit timer? If so that's not going to be very accurate.

 

Because some people don't check their emails. They just put up more because people still haven't done it.
