    ANY hit that requires you to go off site should be a min 5-10 cents depending on what you have to do, even thos 6 cent Z's should pay 10 cent IMO

    Does anyone remember what the refresh limit for tabs that aren't in focus was again? I know that we need to have them in their own window for full speed.. but I recently moved to having overwatch at 2 seconds and hit finder at 2 seconds.. I'm wondering if I need to have them in their own windows or if I can just keep them with the rest of my tabs at that speed.
