I had something last year that had all the same symptoms as covid. I would feel terrible for a day or two, but then feel better the next day. I was almost euphoric on those days, so I delayed going to the doctor. One day I woke up with mucus completely blocking my airway. Don't let the good days make you feel like you are fine enough to avoid going to the doctor.
