For the first time this morning when I got up all three cats landed in the kitchen begging for food. This is the first time Spencer has joined in the race for treats in the AM.

Also for the first time Spencer decided to venture into Kiddo's room last night and hang out there for about 90 mins while kid was gaming. Kiddo loved it, said he petted him a lot, and is happy to have a "male" in the house (all of our pets until Spence have been girls!)

Spencer is so big he takes up like half of Kiddo's bed, lol.

Even on a bad hair day that cat is so freaking gorgeous! I could just nuzzle all that fur and pet him for hours! Don't tell my kitties. They'd be jealous I have an internet crush on another cat.

I spent half this morning cuddling with my sister's dog who somehow takes up even more space in my bed than my own dog. He was intensely jealous the entire time, btw. No cuddles for him, because she actually hates playing with him.

I had two cats on my bed last night (progress is being made) and I'm looking forward to/dreading the day all three end up there together. I will have NO SPACE. Spencer takes up space...he's huge. Lucy, who weighs less than half of Spence, takes up even more space as she REFUSES to budge if she's in your way. And she always manages to be right where a part of my body needs to be.

How long have you been living in the States, if I can ask?

 

I find that I can nudge my dog out of the way and I have about .5 seconds to reposition myself before he climbs back into the exact same spot, usually draping himself over whatever limb you put where he just was. Sometimes he just does not move, so you have to go through the entire "I'm totally about to get up to go to the toilet" routine to get him out of bed.

 

Super frustrated today, everything seems to be going wrong on every hit I try to do. Think I need a mental health break. Enjoy your day friends!
