I get annoyed when almost every time I head to the bathroom then start doing my bidness, it taps me and says, "Keep moving to get credit for standing!" And I'm all...gimme a second, I'm busy here!

But THEN! As I'm standing there washing my hands after I'm done, it taps me and says, "That's great! You did it!" and I'm suddenly proud of myself for pee-peeing in the big girl potty and remembering to wash my hands after just like Mommy told-ed me to.

I LOVE when it tells me I reached my whatever-goal as I'm shoveling some chips in my mouth. Heck yes I hit my move goal, that's worth at least +10 chips.

I also laugh when it tells me I need to stand when I'm in a wildly inappropriate setting to stand during. I was at a funeral and it was like "Hey! Stand up!" and I tried not to giggle at the thought of me just standing up and prancing around like "Sorry guys, my watch demands it."

One of Apple's achievements is to walk around for 1 minute during 12 different hours in one day. It's not just standing, because I've had it trigger at a concert telling me to stand while I had been standing for literal hours, but it's x steps or 1 full minute of walking. It goes off at :50 after the hour if you haven't moved at all for that hour. It's helpful on long work days, it reminds me to take a trip around my house for a quick break to stretch.
