Youtube TV does. Sling does, and you can use that as a login for any app that asked for a cable provider. I believe the only one that doesn't is xfinity.

I've had a prescription to sling tv, I liked it overall, we was just broke as a mofo, and couldn't really afford the 25$ a month fee.
