the TP Panel quals come from answering the little optional questions they throw in on the HITs... they're kind of like Prolific's "About You" screeners

I immediately ignore the above lines and set comment back to the database comment regardless of the flags on the return review despite the code LITERALLY BEING ON THE NEXT LINE SO VERY OBVIOUS I"M DOING THIS
