There needs to be a new color system for the rows built to accommodate TV splitting out so that's why TV doesn't color rows but that was more work than I am willing to put into MTS at this time.

I knew I wasn't crazy but it was working on MTurk's actual website so was strongly considering being crazy.

I had HF defaulting to TV but letting TO take over if TV was disabled, too much stuff got deleted though so idk where that went loool.
