In Texas marijuana is illegal. In Dallas county, under a certain about it decriminalized. Instead of jail time they confiscate it and fine the person with a promise to appear in court, or something close to that. I assume decriminalized means similar with different substances/places.

 

Also, nothing is illegal until you get caught.

 

Which is effing stupid. The state needs to legalize the shit and use the taxes to fix our fucked up education system.
