    Never head of that brand but if it doesn't break the food budget I suggest trying it. :)
    I normally grab the John Morrell brand and its really good.

    Bacon should be enjoyed by all, even those who don't eat pigs or red meat etc... Turkey bacon isn't bad. I'd even go as far as saying - it's purdy good.

    Turkey Bacon tastes best to me when its got a bit of a crunch to it. Slightly burnt after you put it in the oven for awhile.

    Turkey bacon just doesn't crisp up the same way as the others. Not enough fat on it. It's pretty much just the shape and saltiness that is resembling bacon.

    It's not that turkey bacon is bad, it's just that it's the wrong texture and therefore should not be called bacon. Chewy turkey strips would be more accurate.

    It really doesn't. The beef bacon crisps up awesomely. The thick sliced turkey bacon is the only one that actually tastes okay imo.

    An old timey bisquit recipe is make a well in the center of self rising flour, Hudson Cream flour is good, and add whole buttermilk and pat both sides in grease and they come out crunchy on the outside and soft inside.
