    I called this a mountain egg when I was young. Not regional, just because my aunt had made them when I was little and I didn't want them because mama always made me scrambled. They lived in the mountains so they called them mountain eggs to get me to try them. I also called cheddar rat cheese. There were some very confused waitresses whenever I ordered breakfast as a child.
