    Yoga is amazing. I love yoga. You'll be surprised once you get into it. The biggest thing they push is to NOT PUSH YOUR BODY TO FAR so you don't hurt yourself. Sorry for yelling.

    Not all yoga is bad. lol I went to a restorative yoga class once. Basically, it was a "sleep in multiple different positions" class.
