Did that for dinner with the slight change in that I had a small garden salad and I tossed in a scoop of the dip instead of regular dressing (after all, the dip has dressing in it)
So good!

Note: I never tried buffalo chicken mac and cheese so I tried a bit of the dip w/the mac. Not bad, but not my thing. Now mac and cheese with pulled pork, that's a whole nother story!

 

really any sort of acid to balence the richness will go nicely. could be a viniger based sauce like a buffalo sauce or a drizzle of balsamic reduction over the top but also just adding some diced tomatoes or salsa will brighten it up and not seem so heavy
