Alright, I know how I can fix that issue with a sync. Why they are there I can't be sure though. Could those have had a PRE when you submitted it so it didn't actually submit?

 

There were a few times, I don't remember how many, when I would get a PRE during submitting, but I don't think I ever left any in my queue to expire or something like that.

Alright. I'll add that fix in for the monday update and try to see if I can tell the difference between a successful submit and one the hits a PRE. On the topic of PRE, auto reload on PRE option is coming to MTS either this or next monday.
