I turk at work all the time.

There are differing situations. Depends on the job and what your boss is fine with.

Any employee we hire is welcome to work on their school work or something else, as long as they are available for work as it comes up. Some days we are really, really slow.

There's also the fact that some people turk after work. Some people turk on their lunch break. Some people turk after doing their homework. Who cares, really? If someone's fine with earning $20/week so that their college budget stretches a little further, let them be.

 

Cool. I have an office job where 90% of my job is running a tutoring center. Since my tutors aren't incompetent buffoons, they can supervise themselves. Plus, I have graduate assistants for that. So I can either sit in my office staring out the window or do something productive with my 35+ hours I don't have work to do. I used to play video games and watch anime in this time, then I realized I could be paying off my mortgage. What else am I supposed to do?

 

I can shit on my resume by myself, I dont need a bird to do it for me.

 

I still remember when my dad told me the frog ran away.

It took me like 20 years to realize what that meant. Upon explaining this story to Matt, his face contorted and he yelled, "OH NO! I NEED TO CALL MY MOM NOW! ...MY CAT DID NOT RUN AWAY!"

Before I quit my job I was the weird guy who watched surgeries all day.

 

$30 a week is a good week for me lol. I'm not turking 24/7. I usually have the scripts running during the day while I do other things. I don't have the concentration or brain power right now to turk hardcore. I have a couple other part-time jobs I do from home and it's not the best income, but it's income right now and that's all I care about lol.

 

So, looks like I might have to execute my duties as executor of my aunt's estate/trust soon.

The ER docs found a mass growing around her aorta.

It wasn't there two months ago on a scan.

 

Reason for leaving last job: fired self for doing extra work.

In our case, the little black lab we found on the streets did run away. I hope he found a good home. He was a beautiful dog. Our mom didn't want to give him a flea bath for whatever reason so she told us he had to stay outside :s

 

Nope- she ran it over with the car on accident, apparently.
