Apparently people feeding wild geese that live by cities have turned them into a pest species, so people go out into the wild and shoot the geese there because this makes perfect sense.

Where I grew up, the geese were protected (and to be fair, I lived on an island so they were in their natural chillin' space) but they would straight up chase and bite people. You wanna eat that sandwich in the park? SAY HELLO TO GOOSEY!
