CHANGELOG for v10.3.0: Rejection flags can now be clicked to bring up a quick HUD that will retrieve some information about the rejections as well as the top 3-5 reviews. Small bugfixes around hourly displays on Dash, adjusted color of 'Submit Only' button, users can now go back an extra day for HITs to review.
