Anybody else get confused at the end of the Kathleen Klik survey where you type 2-letter codes into 3 boxes (based on mother's maiden name, phone number, and home address), and the next page generates a resulting completion code? — Somehow I failed to find the code on that next page before I clicked past it, so now I don't know what my code was. Returned, time wasted. ... Question: Why the complication? Just give a simple code. The 3-boxes thing seems pointless? — Well I guess the point of it is to screen out dummies like me who are easily confused.

That sounds like one I did yesterday, which was for that requester. I was also confused by that, so I ended up using those three variables concatenated as the survey code. Still pending.
