Has anyone else had any problems with Qualtrics codes at the end of surveys recently. I got the copy your url into this box if your code isn't displaying message. I did so and kept getting:
Your Secret Code is CD Error: Dynamic Secret Parameters Missing (This message should not appear when your Qualtrics survey is viewed starting from a launched Mechanical Turk link)

This happened to me once yesterday, but it was only a $0.10 survey so I shrugged and returned it. Todays was for $3.10 so I submitted, but I'm not sure what's wrong.
