I take a screenshot of the completion page just in case and put the following message into the submission box: "My worker ID is XXX, there was no completion code at the end and I can send a screenshot of the completion page to confirm my participation if necessary."
I've never been rejected for no code and never had to actually send the screenshot so far, though some less than reputable requesters will reject for no code, it's not that common

 

I don't remember ever being rejected for not having a completion code because of the requester's fault.. So you'll be fine, as long as you get your attention checks correct.
