We have decided to embrace the light.

Spencer has decided he doesn't need to leave my yard to find warm, sunny places to sleep. My entire yard is sun this time of year due to none of the trees having any leaves. (Also, ignore the holy mess and ugliness that is my yard, it will be prettier in another month or two when things start growing).

He is a big, big boy. Every time I pick him up I nearly throw out my back, lol. And his paws are freaking GINORMOUS. He's already big, then add that extra thumb and they just take up so much space. I've never had a cat as big as him. I think he's going to get bigger as all he does is sleep and eat so...he's going to start getting fat, too! I played with him today with a string cat toy and he would not chase them, he just laid on his back and batted at them excitedly. I'm going to get out the laser tonight when it's dark and see if that interests him.
