I am catching a fair amount of Remeshes as well... I have been catching a decent amount of good paying hits which are keeping me afloat, but if it wasn't for those, numbers would be reeeal bad

And yeah TP Panel quals are gained from the questions on hit frames below a heading that says "Qualify for more high paying hits" and it has screener type bubbles. But I'm really wondering about that orange bar request to message them... there really are quite a lot of hits showing as unqual'd and I have the CR Research qual

 

And I can't seem to catch one to save my life these days lol.

 

Same, I've had to get creative and luckily have padding to do new/scared money a lot and I have one closed qual that has work up all the time, although it's awful work... I'm hearing appen is drying up or adding too many new people too, I think that's adding to it.

 

I do not recall seeing the orange bar you speak of. Do you recall the exact wording of the message?

 

ah, those questions. I've answered them plenty, its never magically granted me more HITs (or that sweet sweet CR 1 qual)

 

no but its something like "message us with your location and time" and i think its in an orange bar with blue text. There was a lot of talk about it back when I was active on the forum months back

 

Yeah, I've completed it once a long while back. Didn't know what it was for but I don't think I got anything from it either

 

I used to answer them a lot, then started ignoring them because I never noticed any gain.


When things slowed down with the amount of hits catching in the last couple weeks, I went to QBC scraper and unchecked the option to hide Unqualed hits - noticed a lot of reqs that I have favorited were grayed out and then noticed they are all CR Research related, but there are TP Panel quals I don't have on them all. Sooo its a lot of reqs I've worked in the past with new hits I can't get

This HIT, for example, has not come across my QBC scraper and I'm qualed for it.

 

Have you manually added a panda? I've caught hits recently by manually adding them even though they aren't showing up

Even with CR#1 it's not that great anymore, I'm making probably half my PE on Mturk and half on Prolific.

 

Another thing to consider is the number of people who have QBC or something similar. The more that have it the more stuff gets snatched before it can register. It may not have shown up because it got snatched up in those few seconds between scrapes. Like @mdeem, I get a lot from adding pandas from stuff I didn't even see.

 

1 thing I've noticed is sometimes I'll find a HIT in QBC and try to put a Panda on it, it'll do 1 scrape and then turn the Panda off. So far the only way I've found to keep it Panda-ing is to set the Group from whatever it is (TV watcher, for example) to None. Its probly just me not having the best settings

 

no that's the way QBC works. It auto manages the pandas by groups

if you want it to not stop, you have to set group to none
